Annam Group is looking for After Sales Service Manager for Nespresso_Coffee machines with Jobs Description as below:
- Display a positive demeanor and respect to all internal and external customers
- Provide technical assistance, emergency services when required, to promote the use of products
- Follow up all the sales/rental machines contracts with Preventive maintenance
- Act as a technical consultant to the Sales and Marketing Team on quality/technical issues
- Consistently monitor and maintain call center metrics
- Interact with the factory and the maintenance service company about quality issues and provide technical feedback
- Agrees and maintains Nespresso standards of service
- Appoints and maintains appropriate service partner organizations in all Annam branches
- Other tasks are given by line manager
- At least 2 years experienced at the same position in Coffee Machines
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, organization, leadership and problem-solving skills;
- Flexible, goal-oriented and highly organized; and must be able to investigate and analyze problems, make sound judgments and solve problems in a timely fashion.
- Ensuring customer problems are solved quickly;
- Building relationships with suppliers, companies and clients;
- Making sure follow-ups on customers for contract renewals are made;
- Developing programs to attain maximum customer satisfaction;
- Good command of English in writing & speaking
