Planning & managing
- Planning training strategy for sales staffs based on MKT’s plan of the Brand.
- Do the training program for the Brand (according to MKT’s calendar and Brand‘s activities during year.
Training & development
- Develop and deliver internal and external training programs.
- Create skill development program for sale staffs.
- Work with related department to conduct internal training courses to meet the training needs of the brand and the company.
- Translate and develop training documents, training topics, the Flash trainings to improve the skills of staffs (sale and service skills…) following the guideline from Brand.
Coaching & Evaluation:
Train staff on product, customer service, selling skills, retail techniques through:
- On the Job training (focus on selling skills and average basket + aspect of shops)
- Training Sessions (focus on product knowledge + skin knowledge: Spa, make up, selling skills).
- Participate and organize all events or brand activities of the zone as per management request.
- Coordinate closely with MKT team, sale team to organize events, workshops
- As a host – presentation in the workshop.
- Support training to Franchise, partners…
- Other tasks are given by direct manager
- Follow company's policies (YR, HR, accountant)
