1. Document / Stock Management
● Organize all documents to be easily found and shared (Hard Copies / Soft Copies).
● Organize and Control the stock in our office (machines / accessories).
2. Internal process and documents
● Prepare and follow up on internal documents (TFO / / Timesheet…).
● Understand and follow the internal company process.
● Cooperating with other departments to ensure the efficient functioning of Nespresso Team.
3. Recycling Management
● Coordinate with a third party for collecting used capsules, receive documents.
4. Reports and communication
● Sales Mapping Report (Weekly)
● Trade Discount Report (Weekly)
● Consignment Report (Weekly)
● Stock Report (Daily)
● Sales E-Commerce Report (Daily)
● Sales B2B Report (Daily)
● Internal Memo preparation
● Graduated from College/ University.
● At least 1 year experience at the same position in FMCG company
● Excellent English/Vietnamese communication skills (writing and oral)
● Dynamic, motivated, supportive.
● Team spirit.
● Very well organized and good Follow up on multi-tasks.
● Can Do attitude.
● Having a pleasant, friendly style.
● Service minded
● Use of Pack Office / Google Solution
