Purchasing Executive

Job Description

- Prepare contracts in accordance existing conditions and delay.

- Collect and update information about suppliers and forward this information to relevant departments: Accounting, Marketing, Operation (store) to coordinate action to be implemented: invoice (price), merchandiser (packing, discontinued)

- Negotiate payments terms which are the most advantages for AGM (minimum delay from 30 to 60 days)

- Collect necessary documents (Invoice, Packing List, draft of B/L or AWB, Health Certificate, microbiological analysis and analysis of heavy metal) in accordance with procedures and deadlines.

- Follow up the update of analysis for product registration.

- Do price control from competitors.

- Establish a comparison of competitor's price and AGM's price: validation by PM and Director

- Establish forecast analysis to have the best stock possible according to the needs of store (orders)

- Add the notion of performance of out stock rate in store.

- Visit monthly warehouse to be aware of the state of stock.

- Coordinate the results of store's inventories and update stock in the forecast.

- Respect the delivery schedules by a form of follow-up + book of product receipt.

- Ensure that transfers of goods between stores and warehouse are in time.   

- Collect and analyze the out of stock of store every week and update the forecast.

Job Requirement

- University degree

- At least 5-year experience in similar position in Retail or FMCG Company

- Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique and coordination of people and resources

- Knowledge of economic and accounting principles and practices, the financial markets, banking and the analysis and reporting of financial data

- Good communication in English
