The Warehouse Asia is looking for Area Sales Manager in-charge Horeca channel, based in Khanh Hoa with Job Descriptions as below:
- Responsible for Sales objectives/sales plans for the assigned territory focusing on Restaurants, Clubs and Hotels
- Generate sales and contribute to the volume and profit of the company by planning, executing, and evaluating sales and marketing programs and activities in area in charged.
- Follow and develop the core range as determined by the Head of Wine; and create and implement sales strategies
- Follow and develop wine Marketing strategies in the Territory as issued by the Head Of Marketing
- Liaise closely with customers for proper sales forecasting and follow up on orders to follow the sales plans as well as handle all customer’s interface, ensuring good customer relationship, solving customer’s problem as necessary.
- Staff Management: Coaching/Training new staffs, maintaining company’s regulations/rules.
- Undertake other tasks requested by Head of Wine
- University Degree or above
- At least 5 years of Sales experience required in HoReCa sales, in which at least 2 years’ experience at managerial level with significant achievements in managing a large area
- Working experience in Horeca Wines field (Preferable)
- Priority candidate who has experience in “FMCG” company or Wine/Beverage sales
- Controlling and responsible for all activities in Nha Trang
- Authorized to check all relevant documents/reports
- Good communication in English
